Sewadar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. guarantees 100% data residency within the sovereign territory of the Republic of India. No customer payload, database backups, or memory states are transferred, mirrored, or analyzed on servers located outside Indian jurisdiction.
2. Information We Collect
We collect essential customer contact information (Authorized Name, Corporate Email, Phone Number, GSTIN) solely for the fulfillment of cloud provisioning, billing invoices, and critical security notifications. We do not inspect customer workloads, virtual disks, or container volumes.
3. DPDP Act 2023 Compliance & Data Protection Officer
In accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, clients possess the absolute right to correct, export, or permanently erase their personal identification data upon termination of cloud subscriptions.
