1. Services
Sewadar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. provides Private Cloud, Shared Cloud, Dedicated Bare Metal Servers, Colocation, and related infrastructure services.
2. Customer Data
Your data belongs to you. We will never access, copy, or disclose your data without your authorization, except where required by applicable law or when necessary to maintain or restore the service.
3. Data Security
While we maintain secure infrastructure, customers are responsible for protecting their own data using strong passwords, encryption, and appropriate security practices.
4. Backup Policy
Unless specifically purchased as a managed backup service, Sewadar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. does not maintain backups of customer data. Customers are solely responsible for their own backups. We are happy to assist with backup setup if requested.
5. Service Availability
We aim to provide 99.9% network uptime. Scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, upstream provider issues, and events beyond our reasonable control are excluded.
6. Fair Usage
Services are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Excessive or abusive use of CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, or other shared resources that affects platform stability may require resource limitations, suspension, or an upgrade to a suitable plan.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for managing and securing their operating systems, applications, software updates, licenses, firewall rules, and server configurations unless covered under a separate managed service agreement.
8. Acceptable Use
Our services must only be used for lawful purposes. Illegal activities, spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, unauthorized access attempts, or activities that threaten our infrastructure or other customers are strictly prohibited.
9. Billing & Cancellation
All services are provided on a prepaid basis. Payments are due in advance and are non-refundable. Services may be suspended or terminated for overdue payments.
10. Limitation of Liability
Sewadar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for data loss, software failures, customer misconfiguration, hardware failures, cyber incidents, third-party service interruptions, or any indirect or consequential damages. Customers remain responsible for maintaining the availability and integrity of their own data.
11. Colocation & Dedicated Servers
Customers retain ownership of their collocated equipment and are responsible for the software, configuration, licensing, and data stored on their systems.
12. Changes to Terms
Sewadar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
